Craft a
Cocktail

- 2oz Whiskey
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Honey Simple Syrup
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 Egg White
- Fleur Du Vin float
Add everything but the wine to a shaker tin and dry shake hard. Add a small scoop of ice and shake again. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a float of Fleur du Vin.

- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Build in a mixing glass with ice, short stir, strain into large rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon twist.

- .25oz Simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Assemble in mixing glass, stir and strain over big rock
Garnish with orange peel

- .5oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
- .5oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Assemble in mixing glass
Stir and strain into a coupe
Garnish with a luxardo cherry

Stir and strain into a port glass
Garnish with lemon twist
Dusk:
1oz RDC Dusk Gin
.5oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
.5 bar spoon of caper brine
Assemble in mixing glass
Stir and strain into a port glass
Garnish with 3 capers
Serve as a duo
